I'm Erica Gathers, founder of EMG Training & Consulting and the person in the room for every engagement we deliver. I built EMG because I kept seeing the same thing across organizations: talented people who wanted to grow, and professional development that wasn't giving them what they needed to do it.
With a background spanning Education, Human Resources, and Training & Development, I bring mor than 20 years of experience to every workshop, series, and custom engagement EMG designs. I've worked across K-12 school districts, corporations, and nonprofits - and the through-line in all of it has been the same: people grow when they feel seen, challenged, and supported.
